Bill Cosby’s wife Camille has shown up to his sexual assault trail Monday morning, with the couple linking arms and sharing a few giggles while walking to the courthouse.
Mrs. Cosby walked in to the court room 30 minutes after her husband and sat in the front row with her mother, Gianna. The two have been married for over 50 years.
Cosby is accused of drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004 and is also facing charges from more than 60 other women. Cosby has denied all the charges, saying his encounter with Constand was ‘consensual’.
Mrs. Cosby has stood by her husband’s side throughout these allegations.
It was alleged that Cosby himself would take the stand in his trial, however it emerged Monday morning that he would not do so.
His whole defense lasted six minutes, calling one witness to the stand. Jurors are set to hear other arguments and could start deliberating as early as Monday afternoon.
