Justin Bieber, who was recently banned from performing in China and cancelled his global tour for unknown reasons, allegedly ran over a photographer accidentally while leaving a church service in Beverly Hills.
The photographer, 57, was among a group of paparazzi vying for a vote of the pop star and video allegedly shows Bieber’s front tire impacting him as he tries to get away.
Eye-witnesses reported that Bieber immediately got out of the vehicle to check on the man and stayed by his side until paramedics arrived several minutes later.
The photographer was taken to a nearby hospital and police stated that his injuries were not life-threatening. Bieber spoke to police before getting a ride home from a friend; police stated that he was not going to be charged.
The photographer posted a video from the hospital describing the event and thanking Bieber for being “compassionate.”
