Rapper Meek Mill Arrested And Charged With Reckless Endangerment

Meek Mill was arrested one day after allegedly doing wheelies and driving recklessly in New York City on Wednesday.

The rapper, who is 30-years-old was charged with being part of a group that were reported to be driving motorcycles and ATVs recklessly in Inwood, Manhattan.

The incident occurred on West 207th Street and Sherman Avenue around 8pm. A 911 call brought police on to the scene, but by the time they arrived, the group had left. 

Video emerged on social media of Meek Mill doing wheelies on his dirt bike without a helmet. He was arrested Thursday around 10pm on 10th Avenue and Dyckman Street, after his appearance on The Jimmy Fallon Show. 

Police stopped the vehicle, and video footage on Instagram by fans shows him being arrested. He was charged with reckless endangerment. He will appear before a judge later on Friday.

The others in the group are still being sought after. It is illegal to ride a dirt bike or ATV anywhere in New York City.
