Although the price dropped from $3.6 to $3.2 million, after one year the Curry’s have finally sold their California mansion.
Since the couple bought the home in November 2015 for just that – $3.2 million, and sold it for $3.195 million, they technically lost out on $5,000.
However, something tells me the Curry’s won’t mind, considering Steph just signed a $201 million five-year contract with the Warriors. His net worth is $47.3 million.
So what does the house entail? A main house with double deep three car garages, and a guest house with one other garage.
It has a luxurious kitchen, thanks to cooking host Ayesha, who has her own TV cooking show: ‘Ayesha’s Home Kitchen’ on Food Network.
She also has a cook book, ‘The Seasoned Life: Food, Family, Faith, and the Joy of Eating Well’.
It has a huge walk in closet with a built in shoe rack (JEALOUS) and a master bedroom with steamed shower, with views of Mount Diablo.
A fireplace sits opposite the bed – just in case one ever gets cold while looking at the mountains.
The terrace is wonderful and overlooks the mountain range outside of Walnut Creek.
Question: why are they selling this home? It sounds like a dream!
But despite how nice it sounds, all .93 acres that is, the home got no bite for nearly a year, forcing Steph and Ayesha to drop the price.
