On Tuesday afternoon, Miley Cyrus took her three dogs on a walk in her neighborhood. And during her walk, she was being followed by a paparazzi, taking photos of her. But this is pretty normal for the twenty-year-old star.

What isn’t normal is that Cyrus pulled out her iPhone and video taped the paparazzi, to show her fans just how annoying and “unlawful” this guy was.

In a video uploaded to YouTube Tuesday evening, Cyrus reveals that the unnamed photographer parked in a handicapped space, complete with a handicapped decal on his mirror, to wait for the actress. Once she was spotted, he got out of his car and started chasing her to get a photo. “He doesn’t look very handicapped to me,” Cyrus says in the video.

You can see in the video that for over a minute the man is just about thirty feet ahead of Cyrus and her friend, snapping pictures while running away. “Isn’t it fun being filmed while you’re on a walk?” she jokes to her walking buddy.

This just shows how desperate these photographers are for a celebrity shot. Cyrus cannot even take her dogs for a walk in her own neighborhood without being chased down.

Hopefully she will continue to make these videos to show just how little privacy she has.
