Bobby Brown singer and father of late Bobbi Kristina Brown has joined the wrongful death lawsuit against Bobbi’s boyfriend Nick Gordon. It has been confirmed through court documents by E! News that Bobby is the latest person to join the lawsuit which is for $10 million. The lawsuit alleges “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with the Defendant Nick Gordon after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture.”

This shouldn’t come as a surprise in August of 2015 Bobbi’s estate administrator, Bedelia Hargrove who was appointed as conservator while Bobbi Kristina was alive filed a complaint against Gordon. In the complaint she alleges wrongful death along with the other accusations that he was physically abused his girlfriend and stole nearly $11,000 from her bank accounts while she was in the hospital.

Not long after the complaint Gordon’s attorney responded by denying the most serious allegations put forth in the civil complaint. Gordon refuted that he “perpetrated the fraud that he had married Bobbi Kristina” and then used that “to control” her and “benefit from her wealth.”

Brown’s addition to the suit, comes after Gordon’s interview on Dr. Phil as well as U.K’s Daily Mail. Gorgon opened up about his former girlfriend’s death. He then described the incident of that tragic night, alleging that she was “messed up and upset.” Gordon claimed his friend Max Lomas was the one who found Bobbi after walking the cable guy into the room. Gordon recalled the whole incident as traumatizing while he tried to revive his girlfriend. He claimed he did everything he could to help his girlfriend that night and that he could no longer blame himself for her addiction.
