David Letterman’s last Late Show is near.

CBS has announced that the last Late Show hosted by David Letterman will be on May 20th.

Letterman, who has hosted CBS’s “Late Show” for 22 years, announced in April that he was stepping down from the job. He’ll be replaced by Stephen Colbert of Comedy Central’s “The Colbert Report.”

Through its run, “Late Show With David Letterman” has won nine Emmys and been nominated 73 times.

Letterman is not the only one to leave the Late Show scene. Craig Ferguson, who hosts the Late Late Show, will be stepping down on December 19th. He will be replaced by James Corden who will take over full-time as host on March 9th.

Until that time, special guest hosts will fill in everyday.
