Donald Trump does it again…
The infamous businessman gone presidential candidate just can’t keep his thoughts to himself. Did no one ever teach him to filter?
From saying Heidi Klum was “no longer a ten” to bashing Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly, it seems Trump has a new target every week.
This time he’s picking on John McCain’s daughter, Meghan McCain.
“.@MeghanMcCain was terrible on @TheFive yesterday,” he wrote on Twitter Saturday. “Angry and obnoxious, she will never make it on T.V. @FoxNews can do so much better!”
Now, these two have had their differences in the past. After some controversial comments (surprise) the 69-year-old previously made about John McCain and his military history, stating he was “not a war hero,” Meghan was not one to shy away from confrontation, immediately speaking out to defend her father.
“I cant believe what I am reading this morning. Horrified. Disgusted. There are no words,” she tweeted in response. “I have a brother that just returned from Afghanistan a month ago, glad he can come home to this being sad about his father and his service.”
This time, Meghan took to Twitter again to refute Trump’s comment with class and style.
“Oh man, I’ve officially made it in the media now that @realDonaldTrump has officially attacked my appearance on @TheFive,” she wrote. “Thanks for watching!”
The Republican candidate has not responded yet, instead has moved onto criticizing his next victim—Hillary Clinton.
“Hillary Clinton made a speech today using the biggest teleprompter I have ever seen. In fact, it wasn’t even see through glass, it was black,” Trump tweeted. “Hillary said such nasty things about me, read directly off her teleprompter…but there was no emotion, no truth. Just can’t read speeches!”
