Def Jam Recordings has announced that Iggy Azalea’s The Great Escape tour won’t begin in the spring has originally scheduled, according to Billboard.
“It’s important to Iggy that she delivers the show she envisaged to share with her fans and that requites more time in development,” they said in a statement.
Rumors began swirling earlier today (via The Wrap) that Azalea was having “conflicts” with her management, she refuses to be an active participant in her tour’s promotion, and the entire thing was under threat of cancellation.
Azalea’s rep told Billboard that “there’s no truth to the rumor that there’s any conflict between her and her management.”
The Australian rapper announced back in December that Nick Jonas and R&B singer Tinashe would be opening acts for The Great Escape.
