Jay Z was spotted in Miami smoking on a cigar, while his wife’s Formation tour launches this Wednesday.

But, new reports say that Becky is a number of women, not just one. But, this little sitch has all of us ladies wondering, if someone like Jay can cheat on Beyonce, we are all doomed.
