Vice President Joe Biden’s oldest son Beau Biden was hospitalized on Tuesday. The 46 year old is currently being treated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center outside of Washington, D.C. Beau is preparing to run for governor of Delaware and in the past has served as the state’s attorney general and as a captain in the Delaware National Guard while in Iraq.
Beau has a long history of medical issues including being diagnosed with a brain lesion and having to get surgery at a cancer center to get it removed and suffering a minor stroke back in 2010. Sources are alleging that Beau’s condition is “serious.”
A statement from the Vice President or family has yet to be released. We will continue to update on the story as more information comes in.
