A picture is worth a thousand words, or with celebrities it could just take the internet by storm. You know just a normal Wednesday.

The controversial black and white picture of 13-year-old Willow Smith and 20-year-old Moises Arias is back in the limelight. The picture took the internet by storm a couple weeks ago as fans and critics alike chimed in about how they felt about the photograph. Besides the age difference, the fact that the two were lying in bed and Arias being shirtless, just did not sit well with the public.

When confronted by reporters, mama bear, Jada Pinkett Smith, defended her daughter and the image to the public. Both Jada and her husband call the image an “expression of art” and “innocent fun.”  She is also on caught on video telling reporters, “There was nothing sexual about that picture of that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it… and your acting like covert pedophiles and that’s not cool.”

Well, now the media is not the only problem for the celeb parents. Along with being under the watch of the probing media, now according to RadarOnline.com, the power couple is under investigation by the Los Angeles Department of Children And Family Services.

An insider told RadarOnline.com, “The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand.”

The source also went on to say, “Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the picture with her as well. This won’t just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution.”
