Nude photos of Melania Trump have just been released by The New York Post.
On Sunday, the publication shared the cover of their latest issue, which features a nude photo of the wife of Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump.
“You’ve never seen a potential First Lady like this!” the text on the cover read.
The nude photos of Melania, who was 25-years-old at the time, were taken for the January 1996 issue of the men’s French magazine Max.
“Melania was super-great and a fantastic personality and she was very kind with me,” Alé de Basseville, the photographer behind the photos, told The New York Post.
He also added that Melania never once felt uncomfortable posing nude.
“But Melania seemed very comfortable with the whole thing, and she was very professional,” the photographer stated.
The 2016 presidential hopeful also commented on the photos.
“Melania was one of the most successful models and she did many photo shoots, including for covers and major magazines. This was a picture taken for a European magazine prior to my knowing Melania. In Europe, pictures like this are very fashionable and common,” he told The New York Post.
The fact that it was The New York Post that released these photos of Melania may come as a shock to many, since the publication endorsed Trump’s bid for the presidency in April.
“Trump is now an imperfect messenger carrying a vital message. But he reflects the best of ‘New York values’ — and offers the best hope for all Americans who rightly feel betrayed by the political class,” the publication stated in their endorsement of the businessman.
However, even though The New York Post supports Trump’s presidential run, it is not surprising that they would release these photos. The fact is that the Trumps are major public figures right now, so these photos are sure to result in a lot of sales and publicity for the publication. If The New York Post did not release these photos, it is certain that another company would have.
