Last night in New York City at The Irving Plaza, rapper Troy Ave was caught on video entering the venue and firing a shot, there were reportedly multiple shots fired. The reports say the nights actions left one person dead and he himself shot in the leg as he was grazed by a bullet. Troy is being charged with reckless endangerment and illegal possession of a firearm. The man dead from the shooting is BSB member Ronald “Banga” McPhatter along with three others injured. Police arrested Troy at NYU Langhorn hospital where he was being treated for his flesh wound.
Rumors say beef broke out between rapper Maino’s group who was also performing at the concert with Troy Ave’s crew BSB. The shots allegedly occurred as soon as Maino was finished performing. T.I. tweeted his first official statement n Twitter about the shooting,
“My heart is heavy today. Our music is intended to save lives, like it has mine and so many others. My heartfelt condolences to the family that suffered the loss & my prayers are with all those injured.
