The Interview not only would be available in theaters.

Sony has announced that starting today, The Interview will become available today on a variety of online platforms including YouTube Movies, Google Play, Microsoft’s Xbox Video and Sony’s own dedicated website, the studio has announced. The movie, which will go online at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, can be rented for $5.99 and purchased in HD for $14.99.

Possibly the most controversial movie in recent memory, The Interview was pulled from theaters last week after the latest Sony Hacks caused by North Korea. On Tuesday, Sony has announced that it will be available in theaters on Christmas Day but in limited release.

For those who don’t know, The Interview was pulled back because of the film portrayal of North Korea dictator Kim Jong Un.
