Beyonce is showing the world how wonderful, kind-hearted and open she is. Rolling Out has reported that the Houston native spent $7 million towards a low income housing project in her hometown for homeless people.

The housing complex will accommodate men, women and children that do not have anywhere to stay, besides a homeless shelter.

‘Yonce has been on a donation rampage throughout the time of her career. It was reported that she has donated millions of dollars to the church in her hometown. In June, the “Pretty Hurts” singer also donated $500,000 to the Chimes to Change organization, a global champaign that was created to strengthen and unite voices of young women all over the world; inspiring them with powerful stories about inspiring women.

Philanthropy is definitely an important aspect in Mrs. Carter’s life.
