Jamie Foxx hosted the iHeartRadio Music Awards last Sunday (March 29), and ended up in some hot water for a joke he made about Bruce Jenner’s transition. Many viewers online thought it was in poor taste.
“Bruce Jenner will be here doing some musical performances. He’s doing a his and her duet by himself,” he said in his opening monologue.
Khloe Kardashian has reacted to it, although this time in person and without the venom she tends to attach when defending her family on social media.
“I just think it’s a low blow. I think it’s very mean. I wish him all the best. It is what it is. I know Jamie, so I think that’s also why that’s a really low blow,” thee 30-year-old told The Insider.
“But hey, guess that’s what he felt the need to do for a little press,” she added. Ouch. Okay, so there was some venom present–and some glaring irony.
When asked if she regretted doing Keeping Up With the Kardashians because everything about her family, positive and negative, is out there in the public eye, she said she’d do it all over again!
“When things are good, you definitely wanna talk about it and have everybody know. When it’s bad, yeah you pull back a little, but you have to know it comes with the territory. Not everything is butterflies and bunnies. Sometimes, you get some rain,” she replied.
