If you look at any magazine or turn on the E! Channel at any given time, there is a big chance you will see or hear the Kardashians. The family was thrust into the spotlight due to Kim Kardashian and their hit television series and spin offs. However, one Kardashian we haven’t seen much of is Rob Kardashian. He recently made headlines after comparing his sister Kim to a character from the movie “Gone Girl” on Instagram, he has since deleted the post.
His family is now opening up about Rob’s struggles and what they wish to see in the future. While being interviewed on the red carpet for the Kardashian Beauty Hair Care Line recently, Khloe spoke about her younger brother saying “Rob definitely has his ups and downs, and he’s been struggling for the past year and a half, maybe two years, which I think we’ve all had those times in our life, For the last week, he’s been doing better, but I want Rob to do good consistently forever. So right now I’m really proud of him. He’s been working out a little and trying to get his groove back. And he acknowledges it — he’s aware that he’s very introverted and of course not the way he used to be.” She went on to explain that the reasons for his struggles are not due to one specific thing but to a range of reasons saying “It’s not just one thing. I think it’s a ton of things. The loss of my father, he’s never really dealt with — he went straight into college after that happened and kind of pushed everything aside and manifested himself in college and did so well and succeeded in school … Also, losing Lamar in his life was a big thing for him because he lost his next father-slash-brother figure.”
Rob’s mother Kris has also addressed her worries about her son. In a recent episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” the family talks to a life coach and Kris admits to her daughters, “If I don’t help him do something drastic, that [Rob]’s gonna die.” She later breaks down into tears and says that she is “waiting for this horrible thing to happen.”
Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs on Sunday nights on E!
