Many people have been in uproar since Governor Mike Pence of the state of Indiana signed the “Religious Freedom Restoration Act.” According to officials, the ultimate goal of the law is to give business owners who refuse to serve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals and use their faith to justify it a stronger backing in the legal system. LGBT groups and supporters deemed the law discriminatory, an attack on basic individual rights and ultimately a way to legalize discrimination against the LGBT community.
David Letterman, host of the “Late Show” who’s home state is Indiana addressed the situation on his show on Tuesday night. Addressing the governor who signed the law, he said “This is not the Indiana I remember as a kid. I lived there for 27 years. And folks were folks and that’s all there was to it. We had things to worry about. We all breathed the same air … and now this guy …throws a monkey-wrench into the works … it doesn’t pass the sniff test. It may be legal, but it ain’t right.”

Letterman continued by introducing a segment entitled the “Top Ten Guys Indiana Governor Mike Pence Looks Like.” You can check the video out below!
