If you haven’t read the wildly popular novel by John Green titled, “The Fault in Our Stars,” then you are truly missing out on something spectacular. Set to be released on June 6th is the highly anticipated blockbuster adapted from the book.
Directed by Josh Boone with actors Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort, the film seems as though it will be a huge hit. Producing smiles and tears from both the actors and myself, Fox has released an extended trailer.
Hazel Grace narrates both the novel and the movie as we can tell from the trailer. There are a few extra scenes in this trailer than the original that had been released. We can see Hazel in the doctor’s office and watching reality TV as well as a new group therapy scene where she looks thoroughly unimpressed- that is until she meets Augustus Waters.
If you plan on watching the film on June 6th, I have one recommendation: read the book first. It will ruin you (and it will make the movie that much better). Here’s to hoping the film lives up to expectations.
Will you be seeing it in theaters?
