Listen up, former Nickelodeon fans. The Ariana Grande who played ultra-innocent teen Cat Valentine on Victorious and Sam and Cat is different now. Different, and as some may argue, a little gross. A TMZ video reportedly reveals all.
In the video, the pop star is with one of her backup dancers, Ricky Alvarez. The two stopped into Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore, California, over Fourth of July weekend. The video shows the two licking the doughnuts, which is pretty weird in itself. But then, Grande said to an employee who put out a new doughnut tray, “What the f**k is this? I hate Americans. I hate America.” What does that mean, Grande?
Finally, Grande and Alvarez shared a kiss. It’s unclear whether or not the kiss was romantic or just silly, but the video shows all. While it’s easy to see that Grande was having some fun over the weekend, others were just disgusted about the pastry-licking. Apparently, the owner of Wolfee Donuts, Joe Marin, told Hollywood Life that the store sold the doughnuts Grande licked to some customers “and didn’t catch it until hours later.” Now, Marin reports that they are contacting the customers about the incident, which he calls “spitting on the doughnuts.”
