  1. Did Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Luke (Scott Patterson) get married?

This was a TV romance for the ages. In the last season of the show, Lorelai and Luke had recently broken off their engagement, and the break-up was rough on them… and even rougher on the fans. But in the series finale, “Bon Voyage,” Luke arranged an awesome going away party for Lorelai’s daughter, Rory (Alexis Bledel), which did it for Lorelai. They finally kissed again, leaving us with the indication that they got back together. But did they finally go through with the wedding? What was it like? Was it still on June 3? Most importantly, did they have another kid?

  1. Did Rory end up working for The New York Times?

Last time we saw brilliant, Yale alumna Rory Gilmore, she applied for a fellowship with the renowned paper, but she was rejected. Then, she got a job with an online magazine, following Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. That was eight years ago. Has Rory moved on and gone to a major daily yet? We sure hope so!

  1. How is Paris (Liza Weil) doing?

At the show’s conclusion, Paris Geller was headed for medical school, probably at Harvard University. How is she doing as a doctor? We know she’s got to be doing well (Paris never, ever loses.), but to what degree? Also, we loved the dream sequence in which Paris and her boyfriend, Doyle (Danny Strong) were living in Rory’s childhood home in Stars Hollow. That would be pretty cool.

  1. How is Emily Gilmore (Kelly Bishop) faring after the passing of her husband, Richard (Edward Hermann)?

We assume the writers would write in Richard’s passing after Hermann died of brain cancer on December 31, 2014. Emily and Richard loved each other very much, even in times of trouble. It would break our hearts to see her alone, but we believe in Emily’s strength.

  1. And finally, what are those last four words?

It’s common knowledge among Gilmore Girls fans that Amy Sherman-Palladino (creator of the series and executive producers in Seasons One-Six) had four specific words planned for the series’ last lines. After she left before the seventh season, we never got to hear those words. Sherman-Palladino has been promising to keep them quiet until a reunion or a movie. We would get to hear them. Finally.
