Rapper Earl Simmons, better known DMX was arrested for several “several issues outstanding,” according to authorities. An arrest warrant was issued for the rapper by the Erie County Family Court for $400,000 worth of child support. Then their was another arrest warrant issued by the city of White Plains for not paying bail. The city of Yonkers is accusing Simmons of being an aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operator, and a criminal complaint out of Newark, N.J., that made the rapper a suspect in an April 5 robbery at a local gas station, according to the sheriff’s office.
The new york native was ready to perform at 8 p.m. at the Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan but was later arrested at 10:30 p.m. by authorities. it has not been confirmed if whether DMX was arrested at the venue, or during his Friday night performance.
