There has never been a point in my life where I’ve said, “If I don’t get a particular food item I’m going to set someone’s car on fire.” Well, apparently the woman I’m about to tell you about does things a little differently.

According to witnesses, a woman and her boyfriend were sitting at a McDonald’s in Jacksonville, Florida, on Sunday shortly after midnight. They suddenly got into a huge fight over whether or not she was entitled to a McFlurry or ice cream, and after he refused to get her a cold treat, she was pissed beyond belief.

She started making “seemingly outrageous threats,” and “the next thing you know she says, “I’m going to blow it up.” Well, her boyfriend quickly found out that “it” turned out to be his car.

People at the restaurant were shocked when they saw a 1994 El Dorado in flames in the parking lot just minutes after she went out the door.

“She got something out of the car that happened to be a bottle and then she got gasoline from who knows where. Then she poured everything all over it and next thing you know there was a match and it was up in flames,” said a witness, Sabryna Mare.

Witnesses had attempted to put the fire out, but when the firefighters arrived on the scene the car was beyond help. A witness said that the woman ran through a nearby parking lot after the car was engulfed in flames, and the police are keen to find her and talk with her. They are also looking to talk to her boyfriend. He drove off after the flames were out, and police have indicated that the registration and license plate on the car don’t match.

I personally don’t think a McFlurry is anything to write home about, but this lady thought that if she didn’t get one she had no choice but to turn her boyfriend’s car into a McFlamey mess.
