A new wristband design has been created that will deliver an electric shock if the person wearing it does not meet their fitness goals.
The Pavlok wristband will be designed to track daily performance. But how much of a shock might it give you? This is still in the works.
According to the company’s website the Pavlok compels you to keep workout and reach your fitness goals by using feedback, reinforcement and an electric shock.
