An elderly man was hospitalized after a Texas cop used a stun gun on him.
Officer Nathaniel Robinson stopped the man in regard to an inspection sticker issue. He pulled over Pete Vasquez, 76, at Adam’s Auto Mart in Victoria, Texas. Vasquez claimed he was explaining to the officer that the dealer tags on the car make it exempt from inspection. However, in the video it looks like he attempts to grab a piece of paper from Vasquez.
He then grabs Vasquez’s arm, twists it behind his back, and pushes him against the hood of the car. The two get into a brief scuffle. Robinson grabs Vazquez’s arms and drags him on the ground.
Next thing you know, Robinson pulls out a stun gun. A witness, Larry Ulrich, said ” I told the officer, What in the hell are you doing? This gentleman is 76 years old. The cop told me to stand back, but I didn’t shut up. I told him he was a goddamn Nazi Stormtrooper.”
Vazquez was hospitalized and released. Robinson has been placed on administrative duty pending an investigation.
