It’s a done deal…
Kevin Love will be teaming up with fellow superstar Lebron James, this upcoming season for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The deal was struck when Love made it public that he would not resign with his former team, the Minnesota Timberwolves after this season. After a phone conversation with the King himself Lebron James, it was clear that Love ‘loved’ the idea of teaming up in Cleveland.
The deal that was finalized last week, sent the number one overall pick from this year’s draft Andrew Wiggins, last year’s first overall pick and hometown friend, Anthony Bennett, along with a 2015 first-round draft pick to Minnesota in exchange for Kevin Love.
His thoughts on teaming with Lebron:
“We know LeBron is the focal point,” Love said. “But we have a lot of damn good players.”
That they do. Seems like yet again Lebron is trying to form the next super team, pairing himself and Love with the up and coming All-star point guard Kyrie Irving. This season should be quiet interesting for Cavaliers fans.
