Kanye West’s ‘New’ New Workout Plan

Word is, “The New Workout Plan” singer, Kanye West has picked up a workout regimen as well as a strict diet. What a coincidence…just a couple of weeks after his wife Kim Kardashian ranted online about her wanting to get in shape and kick off the baby weight.

Kanye has enlisted the help of good friend and personal trainer Harley Pasternak, together they formed a strict diet which consists of three smoothies a day. A white smoothie for breakfast, red smoothie for lunch, and a green smoothie for dinner, all made with protein, fiber and healthy fat in each shake.

But that’s not all! Kanye has forced himself to workout five times a week and must keep track of his steps with his personal pedometer according to his trainer.

Pasternak had this to say: ‘My program for him covers exercise in the gym, his steps outside, and his lifestyle habits and diet.’

‘Kanye works out five times a week, and I also have to influence him when he’s not training. He wears a Fitbit in his pocket every day. It’s a device which monitors his activity so I can chart his steps on my laptop.’

This should be interesting, can’t wait to see the new look K. West.
