Khloe Kardashian has reportedly put her relationship with basketball player James Harden on hold. The couple had only been dating a few months and were first seen stepping out together back in July.
The halt in the relationship came after claims of Lamar Odom telling Khloe that he loved her.
When Odom was first admitted to the hospital, Kardashian rushed to his side and vowed to support him on his road to recovery. Odom has since then been released from the hospital in Las Vegas and transported to a facility in California.
For the first time since the incident Kardashian made her first public statement earlier Tuesday on her personal website.
“The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar,” she said.
Kardashian then went on to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital for all of their hard work and diligence when taking care of Odom. She also said that, “You can never be prepared for an experience like this” and that without all the love and prayers for Odom and the strength she received from her loved ones that the situation “would have been difficult to endure.”
Although Kardashian filed for divorce in 2013, paperwork is still being processed so they are still technically married.
