A 28-year-old Seattle woman has been charged with rape. The alleged incident began when Chantae Gilman broke into a man’s apartment and forced herself on top of him as he slept.
The incident dating back to 2013, had the male victim undergoing a sexual assault exam at the time, but apparently no samples were analyzed until this month, the Seattle Post Intelligencer reported.
The story goes as the man had told police he had fallen asleep following a party only to wake and see Gilman on top of him. The man demanded she get off, Chantae refused and told him to keep quiet. Eventually the victim managed to remove the 240-pound woman off and out of the apartment.
Gilman told police that she didn’t remember having sex with the man or even being inside his home. The victim told police he doesn’t know her but recognize her from being a local druggy.
